In my 20s, I dove headfirst into the fast-paced corporate world at T. Rowe Price, starting as a Research Assistant on the Small Cap Value Fund before moving into the Retirement Plan Services division as a Marketing & Communications Consultant. I had the privilege of working with powerhouse clients like L’Oréal USA, Reebok, Selective Insurance, and pharmaceutical giant Hoechst Marion Roussel—gaining firsthand experience in finance, marketing, and high-stakes corporate strategy.

Then, in 2000, I made a bold move—leaving corporate life to build something of my own. That decision led to the launch of Avenue P Marketing & Communication, where I helped small businesses craft their messaging and strategies. One of my proudest achievements? Helping my husband scale PCF Management into a multimillion-dollar real estate and property management company—an operation that continues to thrive today.
